SafeKip guidance
Clear policies, secure transaction rules, and practical protection for Nigerian buyers, sellers, freelancers, and businesses.
Lawful transactions only
Users must not create escrow deals for illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, stolen goods, identity abuse, scams, harassment, or transactions that violate Nigerian law.
Accurate deal information
Deal titles, descriptions, prices, delivery terms, inspection periods, and counterparty details must be truthful and complete enough for both parties to understand the transaction.
No fake payments or fake evidence
Fake alerts, forged receipts, misleading screenshots, edited evidence, false delivery claims, false disputes, or attempts to manipulate transaction records may lead to restriction, reversal, or compliance review.
Account ownership
Users can only fund or receive escrow payments using accounts they own or are authorized to operate. Third-party funding and withdrawals may be blocked or reviewed.
Platform enforcement
SafeKip may restrict accounts, pause transactions, request verification, hold payouts, open compliance cases, or report activity where required for user safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
