Can I top up Available Balance?

No. Available Balance can only come from completed escrow releases, refunds, referral rewards, or approved credits. Buyers fund trades directly per transaction.

When can sellers withdraw?

After a transaction is completed or resolved in their favor, funds are credited to Available Balance. Sellers can withdraw to a verified bank account they own.

What happens if a buyer does not provide the delivery code?

If the seller genuinely delivered and the delivery date has passed, the seller can raise a dispute and upload delivery evidence for review.

What will I see during a dispute?

You will see the dispute status, Dispute Officer messages, evidence requests, timestamps, and the final decision details relevant to your transaction.

How do referral rewards work?

Referral rewards are fixed one-time rewards. They are reviewed after the referred user completes their first eligible successful escrow transaction.
