Fees and delivery cost guidance

SafeKip keeps platform fees transparent and helps both parties understand which costs are handled inside the escrow contract.

Platform fee

The platform fee is calculated on the contract amount and shown before the deal is created or funded.

Delivery fees

Delivery, logistics, shipping, or dispatch fees are arranged directly between buyer and seller and are not handled by SafeKip.

Agree before creating the contract

Both parties should agree on the delivery cost, delivery method, and who is responsible for payment before creating or funding the deal.

Use trackable logistics

For safer proof of delivery, use a trackable logistics provider where possible and keep the tracking details, delivery receipt, or handover confirmation.
